Andrea Bachman is a Holistic Wellness Coach recommended by Holistic Health Collab for her expertise in Ayurveda.
About me:
As a Wellness Coach, Yoga Facilitator, and host of the Fearless Self-Love Podcast, I help folks move from overwhelm to ease through sustainable daily habits. The wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda, and the yearning for social justice, shape my approach to coaching and facilitation. We all deserve to live grounded, joyful, easeful lives we love, and ultimately be at home in ourselves. For me that looks like practicing living in rhythm with nature, nourishing myself with seasonal, local food and prioritizing ample rest, play, and strengthening activities. You'll find me exploring waterways and mountains with my pup and loved ones, basking in the wonder of growing my own food, and harmonizing with fellow musicians.
Area of expertise:
Yoga, Ayurveda, Building Health Habits that Stick, Communication, Group Facilitation
