Giving you the space to reclaim your power within, moving confidentially and clearly in the direction of your dreams as you’re connected to your soul. We will clear and balance the elements within your body, your aura and chakras bringing your body back into balance by using a combination of talk therapy, cranial sacral therapy, acupressure, light bodywork, intention, crystals and essential oils.

What your expectations of working with me should be: 

Being open and trusting the process. Your body will only release any negative beliefs/thoughts and chakra blockages when you are ready to. So genuinely wanting to let go of your past/traumas and being ready for change is imperative for success. Expect to be fully relaxed as you drift off into the parasympathetic mode and end the session feeling lighter, refreshed and totally at peace.
