My name is Kerry McGinn. I am a lover of all things movement, mindfulness and mother nature. By trade, I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and personal trainer. I am a healer and mind-body coach. I own Live Good, Feel Good performance and recovery center that caters to people who suffer from chronic pain, chronic illness and chronic stress. I truly believe that every single person deserves to feel good.

I love what I do because I have been there before. I have been in pain, over-stressed, burnt out and overwhelmed. I have been on the other side of the table and felt like I was losing my mind. I know how it feels and I want to help. I love helping others learn more about their body and giving them the power and the confidence to heal themselves. I love being the trail guide to get you back on the path to feeling good.

What your expectations of working with me should be:
In our sessions we take a DEEP dive. We look into lifestyle habits, stress levels, movement practices, past history and goals. After taking a deep dive, I help YOU come up with movement and mindfulness practices that will help you nourish your nervous system and fuel your feel good. You can expect to feel supported, to find movement that feels good and find practices that are manageable and effective to manage stress.
