Jessica Cygan is a Holistic Health Coach and wellness expert for ambitious, busy professionals. As a former corporate finance leader, she healed her symptoms of chronic stress which manifested as acne, weight gain, irregular digestion and brain fog while regaining confidence and taking back control of her health. She developed a lifestyle of intentionality and wellness to create a full, vibrant life on her terms using holistic methods and a long-term view. She is now on a mission to help you do the same.
