About Me:

I am a certified Integrative Health Coach based in Boston, MA and work with clients throughout the US. I received my education from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the American Council on Exercise.

I started Shift after many years of dealing with my own health issues. For the longest time I viewed being “healthy” as intimidating and unattainable. As a result, my day-to-day life involved ongoing physical pain, disordered eating, anxiety and digestive issues.

After countless doctors appointments, inconsequential tests, and plans for surgical intervention, I finally reached my breaking point. I made the decision to start focusing on small shifts instead of being consumed by the mainstream representation of health.

One of the most powerful lessons I learned during this exploration was that improving your well-being doesn’t require radical changes; being healthy is about consistently showing up for yourself day after day, in a way that nourishes your mind and your body.

For me, it wasn’t until I stopped feeling so poorly that I realized how good I could feel with a few small shifts. Now I want to help you find the shifts that are feasible, effective and sustainable for you.

My Approach:

I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself, thus the cornerstone of my practice is shifting awareness and cultivating a mindset of healing to help you accept yourself for who and where you are right now. 

Working together, you will discover what your vision of optimal health looks like and learn ways to identify and navigate the unique obstacles that are preventing you from making healthy changes. I will address the many ways your day-to-day routine impacts your ability to live well and how small shifts accumulate into remarkable results. 

As your accountability partner, I will help you manage expectations, celebrate small wins and break through the plateau so you can keep moving forward on your wellness journey.

Regardless of the program, I will tailor it to meet your needs and support you every step of the way. In the end, you will feel confident, motivated and empowered to make long-term lifestyle shifts that enhance your mental, emotional and physical health.
