About me:

After experiencing much trauma as a young adult, I found my deepest healing came through receiving energy work. I fell in love with it and it became my calling to work with clients and to help those in need to heal on all levels. I have been working with clients since 1999 and I love it. There is no end to the possibilities!

Where do I begin? I can’t think of enough complimentary things to say about Lesa. I’ve seen her work miracles in others and I’ve felt the same effects in my own life. She’s helped to guide me along a spiritual journey that’s been unfolding now for years, and she’s always been there at critical moments to help me overcome an important obstacle or let go of something that’s been holding me back. She does it in a gentle, supportive way – not rushing, content to nudge here and there when you’re finally ready to make the change. And she does all of this without any specific agenda or judgment. Her work is your soul’s work, and she lets her intuition guide rather than force your journey of creation and discovery. She’s doing amazing work, and I have the greatest respect for her gifts. After living in an abusive relationship, I found that my problems didn't end when I finally escaped the nightmare. I wasn't prepared for the aftermath that the psychological and physical attacks would leave behind. I was in a dark place and realized I had to get help. I started seeing a therapist specializing in PTSD and although, I made great progress healing from domestic violence is a step by step process. After experiencing several physical and emotional ailments, I decided to start looking into alternative approaches. It was getting to a scary point where I knew if I didn't do anything about it I'd have some sort of mental breakdown. My success with my holistic naturopathic practitioner already made me have confidence that these new ways of healing would work. I had been doing acupuncture and therapeutic massage and the wellness center I was going to mentioned I try Reiki and that Lesa was an amazing energetic healer. I figured I'd try a few sessions just to see what would happen. I'm on my 12th session and can't believe how much she has helped me! She seriously has a gift! To be able to have the ability to tap into these healing energies is beyond amazing. She is a true lightworker! I could literally feel the vibrations/frequency waves in certain parts of my body, wherever I needed help the most. I've been doing a lot of much needed emotional purging since her sessions. I have a lot of past unresolved emotional trauma as well as recent trauma, which Lesa explained manifests into physical ailments. I've now become less reactive, I dwell less in the nihilistic depressive self-harm thoughts, have a better outlook on the world around me and just feel overall in a better place mentally. It'll take time to completely heal my physical afflictions, but when you heal the heart the body follows. So grateful to have found Lesa!
